     All of our Fireplace Mantel Runners, Window Toppers, Table Toppers, Table Runners, Toilet Tank Runners and Bed Runners are designed, created and individually hand-crafted in our studio in Lubbock, Texas

     We do recommend that all of our hand-crafted fabric products be Dry Cleaned for proper care.
     All of the tassels, attached to the points, are hand-stitched and are therefore easily removed prior to Dry Cleaning.

    

For domestic shipping within the U.S., customers have the option of shipping via USPS or UPS.  A shipping rate calculator is located in the shopping cart.  After entering the ship to zip code, the rates for various ship methods will be displayed.  Please keep in mind that all of our items are handcrafted and that the shipping time is in addition to the time needed to create your unique piece.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Normally, our orders ship within ten business days of your order EXCEPT DURING THE FALL TOUR OF SHOWS.  If you have an urgent gift request, please contact us via email and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

     All sales of closeout, clearance, specials and sales merchandise are final.  Stock items may be returned in their original and unused condition for store credit (less shipping), within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions on where to ship return. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and original packaging. It is strongly advised that you ship all merchandise pre-paid and insured. Elegant Decor Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

     The Fireplace Mantel Runners are approximately 103" wide, from point to point, and approximately 16" from the back straight side to the front points.  These dimensions do not include the length of the 6" tassels attached to all 5 points.

     Our Fireplace Mantel Runners have been designed with versatility in mind.  They will fit most sizes of mantels flat across the surface of the mantel with the two side points hanging off either side of the mantel.
     For a small mantel, you can scrunch the Fireplace Mantel Runner across the top of the mantel like a scarf with the two end points either hanging off each end of the mantel or both end points pulled around to the front so all five points are hanging off the front of the mantel.  You will need to place accessory pieces like candlesticks, vases, or decorative objects on top of the runner to hold it in place.

We are delighted to offer you the most incredible assortment of fabric choices and colors.  We have the most elegant and luxurious chenilles, jacquards, tapestry designs, polysilks, and silks.  We also have very popular animal print fabrics, casual fabrics, and Christmas inspired fabrics.  All of our products are embellished with gorgeous 6" tassels with Turkish knot heads or beautiful bullion fringe.  Please see fabric and color options under each product category.

     The most popular way to use our Fireplace Mantel Runners as Window Toppers is to attach a set of Ring Clips (found at fabric stores or drapery departments of your favorite stores) and then slide the runner onto your decorator rod attached above the window.
     These Ring Clips usually come in a set of 7 and can be easily attached to the long straight side of the runner evenly spaced opposite the "V's" and "Points" of the pointed side of the runner.  Please see the following diagram:





     You will want to add additional runners for larger windows or groupings of windows so they will drape nicely and look very stylish.  Pushing the Ring Clips closer together increases the draped and elegant look.  One Fireplace Mantel Runner should be used for each window when several windows are situated together. 





     Another way to use a Fireplace Mantel Runner over a single window is to attach the long straight side directly over the top of the window casing and attach with thumb tacks through the runner and into the top edge of the window casing, and let the sides fall to each side of the window to frame it.

          The light weight silk and polysilk fabrics drape the most beautifully for Window Toppers.
